Midwestern State quarterback Zack Eskridge will be the fourth quarterback in training camp for the Cowboys. He said he has agreed to terms to sign with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent. He played high school football at Rockwall.
Eskridge (6-3, 226) is a lifelong Cowboys fan. His grandfather, Jack Eskridge, became the Cowboys’ first equipment manager (1960-72) and helped design the famous Cowboys’ star logo.
